Bethany Pioneer Village Inc. is a faith-based, registered charitable, non profit corporation governed by a Board of Directors with up to eleven members. Under the Board’s governance policies, it creates and maintains the strategic plan, delegates management authority to the Administrator and monitors performance and measures results.

Annual General Meeting

Bethany’s fiscal year begins on April 1 st of each year and ends on March 31 st of each year. Beginning with the 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM), Board and Administrator reports and consolidated financial statements presented at the meeting will be posted on the website. The 2021 Annual General Meeting was held Sunday, November 13, 2022 in Bethany’s Silver Willow Room.
